Ernst Knam, German by birth and Milanese by adoption, after many years spent in the kitchens of the world’s greatest starred and prestigious restaurants, arrived in Italy and entered Gualtiero Marchesi’s kitchen as a Master Pastry Chef, the last step of training before embarking on entrepreneurial activity.
In fact, in 1992 he opened his now historic pastry shop at 10 Via Anfossi in Milan, a world where creativity is the order of the day.
