Our team of technicians provides all its their experience and knowledge, developing each year hundreds of practical training classes and theoretical masterclasses for ice cream makers and pastry chefs, both individual and group.

The training is carried out in our training centre Athenaeum in Milan, all over Italian territory and abroad, in order to be always close to to the needs of our customers and support them in their professional growth.

To this end, we have also developed two tools: Augmented Reality and Alphabetum, usable from a mobile phone, offer exclusive content video tutorials, recipe books and advice from the masters, to have always new ideas in line with market trends.
